RIA Germany

In September 2020, I started working with RIA Money Transfer at the Berlin office. RIA is one of the four largest multinational money transfer companies in the world and operates through a large network of agents and company-owned stores located in both North and South America, Europe, Asia-Pacific and Africa. In recent years, RIA has begun to operate digitally through the implementation of its mobile app and so, effectively supports millions of users worldwide.  

As part of the marketing department, I was responsible for designing and adapting new promotional material in line with the company's new corporate identity, which was successfully completed earlier in the year.
Part of my duties was to take care of Ria Germany's Facebook channel. For this, I had to create and adapt visual content as well as moderate RIA’s online community for the german market. 



Premium Dress

This project consists of “dressing up” the various Ria agents in Europe with the company’s advertising materials. To do this, I had to liaise with the advertising team at the headquarter in Madrid (Spain) and adapt the various visual elements to the company’s new corporate identity. Therefore, I need to create mockups for the different stores in Germany.

I did about 25 Premium Dress projects during the year 2021 and it was very satisfying for me, not only due to the good results but also because I had to be in contact with RIA’s clientes which allowed me to understand much more of the customers’ needs.




BUNT Stiftung

In the beginning of 2020, I started working with the BUNT foundation. They are a german language school based in Berlin. I was in charge of the new website design, content creation for social media and community management.



 
Current Landing Page Design
Part of my tasks was designing the different sections for the institution’s new website. Of course, these are the original mockups and the current design was modified afterwards. More samples are found down below.



According to the company’s tone-of-voice,
the photography style had to be clear and people-oriented. On Instagram, some images must be colorful and most content for captions was written in German.



The creation of BUNT’s IG TV Channel was created as part of a strategy to interact with the current students and try to engage with those who were planning to study german. Moreover, Insta Stories were used to communicate with students about the upcoming tests and courses.




Muvora App
Mobile, Real State
Year 2019

Muvora App was a project founded by the Berlin based company Digitalprojekt 1. The central theme of Muvora is to offer help in matters related to removals. In Berlin, the real estate industry is becoming more and more complex every year due to the high demand.

I was in charge of the following tasks: Research and identification of sources as a basis for the production of editorial social media content (text, image, video). Planning, creation and processing of animations and video clips using Adobe Premiere & Photoshop to implement the content strategy. Assistance in the preparation of Facebook and YouTube reports and success analysis for current advertising campaigns.



Instagram posts and stories with different hashtag refered to Moving. Part of the strategy was to introduce our protagonist (Sarah) so she could be the one who could tell her stories and also, interview people in Berlin telling us their experiences trying to look for an apartment in Berlin and arranging their movings.





I proposed a concept for an Instagram Feed where Sarah is trying to manage different items for her moving plans. First, I drew some sketches and then I photographed Sarah in different positions so in the end I could complete the whole edition.



A clear visual concept was key, therefore I created an animated promotional video where a finctional character would be the protagonist. Someone who is obviously wants to make the act of moving an easy way to go.

Moreover, we had a Youtube channel where we would post videos weekly on Moving stories. I took part on the video editing and the content creation.

GLOBAL G.A.P

Working for an international company has been one of my top challenges. GLOBAL G.A.P. has a strong corporate identity and I had to be careful with every piece of graphic material and text that I wrote or edited. I wasworking with email marketing and using design as a tool to prepare presentations for corporate meetings.



Creating and delivering printed and digital marketing material was part of my duties in this job. This would be of course distributed to the different GLOBAL G.A.P. branches depending on the launched campaigns.  




In 2018, the GLOBAL G.A.P Summit took place in Peru and I was in charge to contact different stakeholders and potential customers, and I created several digital advertising material for the company’s social media channels - including an animated film and short promotional videos.

That same year (January 2018), GLOBAL G.A.P trusted me to represent the company as part of the marketing and PR team at the prestigious agricultural industry event in Berlin: the Green Week. My duty was to show the attendees what the company was doing at the time and about the services provided. I interacted with them through a VR demonstration that GLOBAL G.A.P.'s IT staff set up. It was a wonderful experience.







RAJU is a clothing store brand. They started originally to draw up elegant suits for men. Now, they have expanded their catalogue of products. They count with a new line for Children, Spouses and Women. From 1995, this company is always willing to make the best quality products in the market. Under the thinking of “The client has always the reason”, they try to innovate. Their message is always… RAJU, the good outfit.
